The ETKO team attended the Aegean Textile & Apparel Suppliers Meeting organized by Aegean Clothing Manufacturers Association on May 13.
As part of the event, speaker Bekam Örün delivered a presentation titled “DPP – What is a Digital Product Passport?”, focusing on sustainability, traceability, and digital transformation processes in the textile industry. The presentation provided valuable insights into Digital Product Passport applications, which are becoming increasingly important within the framework of the European Union’s sustainable product policies.
Representing ETKO at the event were Auditor and Certifier Sefa Özalp, IT Manager Arda Damgacı, and Media Director Cana Akyüz. During the program, the ETKO team exchanged ideas with industry representatives and evaluated the potential impacts of DPP implementations on the textile sector.
